Donavan Hutchinson, CEO of a DEI consultancy, states that UK businesses are holding firm on their commitments.
He notes that while some multinational companies may be scaling back, many UK partners view inclusive practices as essential for innovation, employee retention, and long-term growth.
The article suggests that UK law remains a strong supporter of DEI, and businesses are increasingly recognising the business case for diverse teams, which are proven to be more adaptable and innovative.
