Our courses are conducted online via Microsoft Teams video conferencing (you don't need to install Teams or have a Teams licence - you can take part using any web browser on any computer, tablet, or phone).
Need some specific advice? The 2-hour courses include a detailed questions & answers session and expert consultation about your specific needs and situation. However we're not registered financial or medical advisors so we can't legally give professional advice on those subjects - but we will tell you exactly who to talk to and where to get the right advice (usually for free). Our trainers all have Level 3 Adult Social Care qualifications, and are experienced Lived Experience trainers who also deliver the UK government-mandated Oliver Macgowan training for frontline health and social care staff.
